Just saw on the news here in San Diego. A man being chased by the police stopped on the Coronado Bridge. Traffic was all stopped and when the man exited his car and started coming towards them the police let look the K-9. K-9 takes the man down, the man then gets up with the dog and jumps off the bridge. The jerk off is alive in the hospital in critical condition and the dog has perished. I hope the man doesn't make it. :burning::cussing:

That dog was a member of the Police Force and they will charge him with the wrongful death especially since he deliberately picked the dog up and jumped with it. Guess the idiot will wish he hadn't made it before this is over with.

He'll probably be charged with killing a police officer. K9's ARE Police officers.

I used to have a Search and Rescue Dog that I had to get rid of - I donated him to Capital Hill Police K-9 Unit where he is a SAR and Bomb dog. It is a felony to harm or kill them. Hope the a$$wipe fries. Stupid people, if they want to kill themselves why hurt others.

Seriously, the department instates the dog as an officer - some department actually gives them their own ID number. Some dogs get their own badge... not just one that shows the department name, one with their ID number.

And yes, if you shot, killed or injured one - it was/is a felony.

That POLICE DOG's life was far more valuble than the crook who killed him. That dog put his life on the line and was killed in the line of duty. I hope the scumbag prick gets the electric chair.
