I have only ever tent camped once... we had electric hook up, air matress, fan and blender for mixed drinks.

Roughing it by no strech. HD TV and all. It is great just to get away, drink and have fun meeting new people with our 3 kids 2, 11, & 13.

You are a brave soul. Hubby and I did the tent thing for a long time, then up graded to a pop-up, then to a travel trailer, now we have a fith wheel. When we were tenting we use to walk around the camp ground looking at all the big campers and say " that aint camping " LOL! So I guess " we aint camping no mor "

If I wasn't always alone I would consider a camper. For me though I can sleep anywhere, especially when camping, so I never saw the need for me to get one. I take my little stove, and do a lot of cooking right on the fire. It's a lot easier to travel light:lmao:

I usually stick close to home. I hit VA and Gettysburg for the most part.

Relax, it's fedex
One of my cousins has a 110 acre farm up there. I go out in the back field next to the pond and camp out. It's nice up there

That is awesome. Simply awesome. I actually last went up there on a foggy/drizzling day... Was a good time especially by myself.
