From "Look at me!" to "Don't look at me!"

For women that line is not fine or invisible at all. We have been dealing with this since puberty and can tell the difference right away.

If you are looking at a woman and thinking, "Damn. I'd like to motorboat that," she will pick up on it and think you are a creep. If you look and think, "Cute. What time are the Skins playing tonight again...?" you are simply noticing and not creepy.

Yea it's kind of hard to explain. I've dealt with it forever. It's just this.......look they give you. Almost like you can see their though process. It's either "That's a fine piece right therrr" or "Hey, this is a pretty girl. I'm gonna try and buy her a drink and see how conversation flows".

I guess, the more casual you are in your approach, usually the less creepy it seems.

I think creepy is a trait..not actions.

Some men, regardless of their looks, are creepy. Everything they do is creepy. Ive had creepy men say something like hello and been creeped out..while ive had men say downright rude and raunchy things to me that I still find funny because I don't sense the creep. I don't think a creep can be uncreepy. :coffee:

I agree. It's a vibe thing. A sixth sense if you will.

As a woman, you seem to know, instinctually, that this guy's a creep, this guy's a jerk, and this guy is shy, etc.

On the occasions that women talk to creepy guys, it's because society has told us to be polite. Not me though. If you strike my warning bells I'm going to stay far away from you.

Maybe it's all that ID channel we womenfolk watch. :eyebrow:

:yay: to both. Which is why I wonder about women who get involved with some psycho - "Oh, I had no idea he was dismembering women and having sex with their corpse..." Yes, you did. You just chose to overlook it. But you absolutely knew he was a creep.

It is in our DNA to spot a creep and we ID him immediately, before he even says a word.

Here's guessing GURPS is one of the creepers that you ladies are talking about. :yikes:

GURPS -- stop staring at their cleavage and drooling. It's bad enough you already look like a creeper to them, but when your actions are also creepy, they don't appreciate them. In the past, there have been plenty of times where I could look at someone and they wouldn't give me a death glare (although plenty where that happens ). What does that tell me? IT'S YOU!

I still get a good laugh every time someone says "Looks have nothing to do with it." :killingme

Look have EVERYTHING to do with the initial attraction between 2 people! PERIOD!

As far as the Sexy woman = BIATCH!! I would have to "mostly" agree with that statement at least, in my experience. It is a RARE occasion when I have personally, or via others accounts, spoken or dealt with a very physically attractive woman and not come to the conclusion that they are conceited in some way.

Physically attractive women KNOW what they are.

I didn't expect you to understand...

Do you ever stop to think that maybe it's just you?

No guy ever thinks it's just them. It's always the woman is stuck up, or she's a bitch, or a lesbian. No creepy guy ever looks in the mirror and says, "Dang, no wonder women don't like me. I'm a creep." Instead they say:

..Ladies, all together now...

"Women just don't like nice guys."
