your so right, i mean we all need to be kept abreast of things like:
getting out our warm clothes, because we can't feel the temperature change.
changing our batteries inthe smoke detector b/c we didn't all hear that a thousand times last week with the time change.
putting in a detector for something our bodies produce naturally
and last but not least, what she is looking for in the pennysaver.



BTW, i need new socks, should i go with white or black?

Actually, I couldn't laugh. He was genuinely terrified. His safe little world where nothing bad happens had been shattered. It was very traumatic for him.

We got one of those. I wanted my kids to be aware of what it sounds like so that they would know what to do if it ever goes off, so I pushed the button. My son freaked out. It made him aware that it was actually possible that there could be a fire. It was very traumatic for him.

When the batteries in ours were ready to be replaced they went off one day (when one goes off it triggers all of them). My five year old promptly jumped up and ran out the back door. Didn't even look back.

For fun in so. MD, I like to sneak in CMC's house and mix up the socks so she won't know which is right and which is left. I also rotate them so the hole is at the wrong end.

I'm a hoot at partys too.
