The Days on Market shown are for sold homes. Not homes that are still on the market. Also, the system does not check for re-list.
Oh ok, I understand, so the 20 - 25% increase in value is only for sold homes too, so that doesn't count either??

other then FSBO, can't imagine there are many homes around here on the market for 6 or more months..

Well, shoot.. your hubby makes 80K how much do you bring in a year?

Figure part time job somewhere make 10 - 20K a year.. rakin in 100K, payment of MAYBE 3K.. or 36000 a year.. still leaves you 64,000 a year to live on...

building equity in your own home

or rent and do it for someone else.

Tax deductions for interest probably around 18 - 24000 a year..

or rent and not deduct anything...

:lmao: Are you in real estate?

I don't bring in anything a year. I am growing our child  . I'm only 20, but soon I will be making great money. I just tested with Department of Juvenile Services, so after the baby I will have my government job.

There are a few out there that have been around for a while. There is one house I pass everyday in Mechanicsville (All Faith Church Rd) that went on the Market in November. Some friends of my in-laws have had their old home for on the market since February. They want 1.2 million so I'm thinking there is a price issue here. :lmao:

but then again it sits on 4 acres of waterfront with a pier and 2 barns. New owners are working on permits for building a house.
Getting permits=as much fun as sticking splinters under your fingernails-esp. when dealing with critical areas. :bigwhoop:
