I taped it between some pieces of tape and then put it in the trash. I hope this took care of it.
yeah and I understand why you'd do that - I've stepped on many that kept on walking when I lifted up my foot!
The cats will kill them but I've not seen a cat eat one. You are fortunate to not have them in the house. They even make their way into your dresser drawers - not something you want to see when you open your panty drawer LOL

And they crawl on you while you sleep. I hate when I feel something on my arm when I am sleeping and I pray it is my hair tickling my skin not a a stinkbug (or ladybug).

A pan of soapy water under a desk lamp attracts and kills 14 times more stink bugs than commercially produced traps that can cost as much as $50, the study finds. The study was conducted in 16 houses over two years. "
