My truck was a standard. Just pick what gear you want to be in and set the cruise control if you need to.

I used to do something like that down on the beach in Mexico. Put the truck in low range 4 WD and walk along the beach looking for shells while my faithful truck followed me. I would even jump up in the back to grab something out of the cooler. Just had to adjust the steering once in a while.

Exactly! Maybe 1-2 mph. I'd have to wait for it to catch up sometimes.
