This is true to a point, I counted several times and he had 3-4 seconds. Seems he gets rattled and not sure what to do. The pocket wasn't really a pocket it colapsed either one side or another flushing him. The other thing is he would take off with it and have 15 yards of clear sailing but he would pull up at the line of scrimmage and toss a 5 yarder just to get rid of it.
