I love my Motorola H17 bluetooth earpiece.
I can't say how it stands up when sweaty... I only wear mine when talking on it (or sometimes driving so I can answer handsfree), because I don't want to be one of "those" people who wear it all the time!
The H17 is cheap, reliable, and the sounds quality is great. You can get 'em new on ebay for $30 or so.
