man it was a good weekend, cooked and cooked, ate and watched movies. I love when you get snow and have no place to go.

I ate way too much. Being snowed in is bad for a diet.
it is but it is fun to do once in a while, even got out with some of the local kids and was having snow ball fights. It is just good to go back to being basic. No cells, no running around, just chilling and loving life.
TrueSOMDGirl you might want to plan your weekend cooking again as they are calling for snow friday and saturday. I am so sick of the weekend snows. I am going to have to get my ducks lined up incase it snows the weekend after too that way i can make sure things are taken care of here etc.
I heard the wintry mix/snow is supposed to start about 3 and go til 6am tomorrow or so. Who knows. I got that from weather.com.
thats a good idea. that way you can be home and safe and sound before it all hits and the people who don't know how to drive in it cause accidents.

I had a true culinary delight. On the road all day, so I stopped and got 3 double cheese White Castle burgers...

Ohhh man. That is all I am going to think about today.
Well, if you're desperate, you can buy a 10-pack in the local stores, but don't microwave them to heat them. Set up a pan of water in the oven with a grate on top (an oven broiling pan works well). Separate the top and bottom of the burgers and place them over the hot steam.
Almost as good as fresh.
