Is Hamas Using Weapons the US Left Behind in Afghanistan in its War Against Israel?​

A Newsweek report from June details a conversation with a commander in the Israeli military who worried that the weapons left in Afghanistan could have wound up in the hands of Israel’s enemies.

A high-ranking Israel Defense Forces (IDF) commander has told Newsweek that Israel is concerned over the risks of weapons provided by the United States and other Western nations to Ukraine ending up in the hands of Israel's foes in the Middle East, including Iran.
With experts too backing these worries, the situation could mark yet another chapter in a long legacy of U.S. arms shipments being diverted, empowering adversaries of both Israel and the U.S. in another restive region, while the focus of Western governments is on the volatile conflict playing out in Eastern Europe.

While much of the focus is on Ukraine, the commander also expressed concerns that at least some of the American weapons left in Afghanistan might have gone from the Taliban to Hamas in the Gaza Strip..

More recently, the Taliban secured a substantial arsenal of U.S. weapons and equipment, including Black Hawk helicopters, after U.S. forces withdrew from Afghanistan in August 2021. The Israeli commander with whom Newsweek spoke said some of the U.S. small arms seized in Afghanistan have already been observed in the hands of Palestinian groups operating in the Gaza Strip.

Of course, it is important to stress that it is not yet known where Hamas’ weapons are coming from. Iran has been supplying the terrorist organization with weapons, funds, and other resources to aid in its ongoing effort against Israel. Yet, given the concerns expressed by the Israeli commander, as well as others, it is entirely possible that Hamas operatives could also be using American weapons in its offensive against Jerusalem.

Israel Must Eradicate Hamas And Accept Nothing Less Than Unconditional Surrender​

On social media, Hamas posted horrifying videos — a dead, naked Israeli woman being paraded through the streets, plainclothes Hamas fighters slitting the throats of civilians in their cars, and women and children being kidnapped and carried away to a fate worse than death.

The situation is fluid and developing, and there will be much to say in the days and weeks to come — about the Biden administration’s shameful and reckless appeasement of Iran, about the failures of the Netanyahu government to anticipate the attack, about the complicity of the emirate regimes and what they deserve now.

But one thing is immediately clear: Gaza will now be reduced to rubble. Israel, on the 50th anniversary of the 1973 Yom Kippur War, is once again in a fight for its existence, and the gloves will come off.

Given the long-established facts of the Israel-Palestinian question, this is as it should be. For all the talk about Nazis in Ukraine lately, the truth is that the real Nazis are in the Middle East, and they are all enemies of Israel. It’s time to deal with them for good. Hamas must be eradicated just as the Nazis were eradicated. Any end to this war that doesn’t achieve that will be a catastrophe for Israel.

Twisted Hamas fighters are seen parading a young woman’s naked and battered body through the streets of Israel, as unverified clips surfaced Saturday purportedly showing the sick aftermath of the terrorist organization’s surprise assault on the country.

The video, posted to X, formerly Twitter, appears to show the naked body of a young Israeli woman being paraded in the back of a pickup truck, while gun-toting terrorists chant “Allahu Akbar” — Arabic for “God is Great.”

Dozens in the screaming crowd surround the vehicle and chase after the gunman, echoing the deranged fighters’ cries and spitting on the woman’s body.

The Post could not independently confirm its authenticity, but it has already received more than 2 million views on X.

The Biden administration has issued a waiver for banks to transfer $6 billion in frozen Iranian oil funds without fear of U.S. sanctions — a key step in securing the release of five American citizens detained in Iran, people familiar with the matter said. As a part of the arrangement, the administration will release five Iranian citizens detained in the United States.

Iran’s Islamist proxy Hamas fired over 5,000 missiles into Israel in a surprise Sabbath attack.

The Biden Regime is desperately trying to spin the $6 billion deal with Iran.

National Security Spox Adrienne Watson said the $6 billion in funds given to Iran have “absolutely nothing to do with” Saturday’s terror attacks and anyone who challenges this narrative is spreading disinformation.

“I can’t comment on 2024 because of the Hatch Act. But I can clarify the facts: Not a single cent from these funds has been spent, and when it is spent, it can only be spent on things like food and medicine for the Iranian people,” NSC Spox Adrienne Watson said.
