These two 10# pork butts look lost on my pig cooking rig, but they are going to taste good. Should be done around 1700....
I can fit a 150# pig on this thing....and have, many times. I walked out of the house a bit ago and heard the familiar sound of the gear motor turning the spit and it hit me how much I've missed doing the big pig roasts. The last one was exactly 10 years ago...2011.

It's a long-standing tradition. Quite a few years ago, people started noticing that most of the pictures I posted on the truck forums had a Corona in them somewhere. If I posted a picture that didn't have one, it would get pointed out. So it became a trademark. Sometimes I'll purposely place the bottle so that only a very small portion of is visible in the picture....What is this, redneck Where's Waldo?
