I have a 9 a.m. soccer game to hit this morning. I hate having to get there this early, but on the other hand, it doesn't kill the morning.

Partly cloudy. A slight chance of showers this morning...then partly cloudy with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon. Highs around 80. South winds 10 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 20 percent.

Tonight
Mostly cloudy with a 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Lows in the lower 60s. South winds 10 to 15 mph.


All I see on radar is a small patch of rain getting ready to go pass Frederick and it looks like this other batch is going to miss us. :shrug:

I have yard work to do, so I think I'll take my chances.

Mornin' all! I've got outside stuff to do as well, but I also want my fertilizer washed into the dirt (it's been over a week now). I'll be happy either way. Like Kizzy, I'll play it by ear.

English/Fine Arts. He is a published poet, and is currently working in a fellowship position at the Folger's Theater in DC.

This, after a 26 year career in the Navy. He's cool.
