Mornin' all. Up early for the Dr. Appointment with Mrs. RR. I hope you all had a chance to enjoy yesterday's weather. I celebrated it by staying inside and cleaning house. Did get out to walk the dog (with Mrs. RR in her wheelchair, for a change). It was very nice.

Good Morning everyone! Hope you all enjoy the day. Going to take a run outside today with a friend of mine. Tired of having to run on the treadmill at the gym.

Got a call last night from some riding friends telling me I needed to get sick today.
Since I just changed the oil in the bike, I think I need to do a New oil circulation ride.

RR is absolutely right. I may need to circulate some gas through my bike today. If you don't do it at least 4 to 5 times a week, the bike could develope problems.
