Temps are dropping and wind is picking up. Just got home from pharmacy and grocery store. Gonna keep the wood stove cranking and enjoy my day inside!

Came thru heere too. Really strong gusts. Temps still pretty mild (43), but nice to be inside with no particular place to go. :singer:

Just got off the phone with my mom in KS, that is what her thermometer in the sun read. They had about 2" of snow yesterday that's blowing every where so it looks like a blizzard right now even though it's not snowing.
Yesterday driving through western MD I drive through an ice storm, there was quite a bit of snow west of Haagarstown.

Had to take a quick run to WallyWorld. The place was mobbed, never seen so many cars in the lot, lines at the register were absurd.

But the wind outside was really biting. Glad I don't have to work outside anymore. Those days on the docks in Jan/Feb were not fun.

I made it out for the first time in a week for a trip to Giant. Wasn't terrible. Looking north, the dark clouds reminded me of living at the base of Santa Cruz mountains and the white clouds above reminded me of the fog coming over. I got home sick for a nanosecond. I've been back on the couch the rest of the day. Oy vey...
