I’ve got 21* with a windchill of 7* outside. Thermostat on 72* inside with a tumbler of Jameson and ginger at about 38* sitting next to me.

I made it out for the first time in a week for a trip to Giant. Wasn't terrible. Looking north, the dark clouds reminded me of living at the base of Santa Cruz mountains and the white clouds above reminded me of the fog coming over. I got home sick for a nanosecond. I've been back on the couch the rest of the day. Oy vey...

We don’t know yet - waiting On the trucking bill but guessing we will be over $300/ton. Daughter and I will figure that out tomorrow. I was too damn cold today after unloading them to think about pricing!

Yeah that’s about the price we started getting them by the trailer load to sell. Previous to that we were only selling them by the bag, getting them a ton or 2 at a time from our True Value distribution center.

Been hovering about zero all day, Minor dusting of snow, wind chill has been in the -10 to -20 with a warning for as low as -25. Inside its 72 and besides the electric furnace I have the electric fireplace running..
