Currently 11 degrees in Lusby. High today is going to be 24. Of course, I am working today at the Chesapeake Marketplace. On the register in the unheated part of the building. I'm dressing in layers and am already looking forward to coming home and thawing out in front of the wood stove

So the marketplace owners can't accommodate heating the area where their employees work? Or for that of the customers who might want to shop there? Those owners appear pretty stingy caring more for maximum monetary gain over that of those that do the work that brings in that money. I bet their house is nice and toasty warm.

Definitely not a place I will be patronizing. Stingy and avaricious owners that don't provide the basic accommodations and needs for their employees, or customers, should be boycotted and ran out of business.

There's a reason I have some people on IGNORE.
It was a great day and we were busy. I was the roamer and ran the register some but helped people in the other parts of the building carrying their purchases up front.
Everyone was cheerful and kind.
