Thanks for all the tips, Adams is sounding real good to me! I love me some ribs! And I agree, I went to that Ponderosa once and swore I'd never darken their doorstep again! I am sort of burnt out on the Japanese thing. My girlfriend did take me to Mexico once last summer and I think Monterey's is better. Anyway, thanks again, heading out the door soon! I used to love Montereys until my husband, son and I were eating and we had some unexpected company. Of course, this was AFTER we finshed. There was a little roach that crawled accross the table. After that, I haven't been back.

I'm having trouble with my e-mail. I think I'm going to change to a different account. I'm not getting e-mails that are being sent to my correct address. The ballerina was accepted to dance with a big company this summer, they sent out the acceptance via e-mail. We never got it. Lucky for her they also send out conformation by regular mail.

Ponderosa Steakhouse that was in PF

I used to work there and I know this was a long time ago you posted this but just to let you know it wasn't dirty. At all it probably was at that moment because customers like you ####ed it all up. We had great food. We didn't end up staying open because of LOSERS like you all.

The bathrooms were filthy...first sign of a dirty restaurant...but maybe that sort of thing doesn't bother you.

Their Veal Fiorentina is one of the best dishes I have ever had. Unfortunately it's so rich I can only eat it in small portions.

It opened in PF a couple months ago. It's in the new shopping center with Nick's, near the library.
