Is it possible that due to a slow precip start-up that it may be now underprojecting? I was following some blogs and some people were positing that although it started slow it seemed to be accelerating faster than anticipated now. I don't really understand this stuff completely, but if this is true, Kwillia definitely needs to know.
As people were saying this in the blogs, I noticed the evening forecast rose back to 3-5" from 2-4" making 5-9" between the day and evening forecasts.
