OK OK. I am a denfense lawyer, if you must know. MY reaosns for it are as follows: 1. Charles Houston once said, "A lawyer is either a social engineer, or he is a parasite." 2. I do not beleive that consensual acts which take place between adults should be a crime. I guess that makes me a libertarian.

Well Kain the State does. Maybe I should of been clearer, I am refering to all consenual acts, be it gambling, porn, drugs, sodomy, prostitution, etc. I just think that it is a waste of time and money to put people in jail for nonviolent consenual offenses.

Actually, I'd go for that if they'd keep their more unsavory personal vices to themselves. Unfortunately, drug users cause all kinds of problem other than just getting high. They do commit violent crimes while under the influence and they do commit crimes to get drug money.

The porn, I say go for it - but keep my kids out of it and don't use our tax bucks to fund your habit at the public libraries.

When was the last time anyone was prosecuted for sodomy unless their partner happened to be a minor?
