I try to come in late and leave early each day. I don't want to seem too dependable.

We have some of those, and then they b*tch that they get looked over for promotions and on certain holidays when they don't give 59's, and the supervisors come around and tells a bunch of us to leave, and don't tell them or tell them they have to use leave and to adjust their timecards before departure

This isnt the same thing. This is a school/daycare. I can totally understand where you are coming from as an in-home provider. I would pay it, IF their clocks were right and I was late

Those people still have to go home and schedule things. It's 5 minutes. Come in work 5 minutes early so you can leave 5 minutes early if it's that big of a deal.

Switch your effing daycare to something that works for you then. Seems like common effing sense to me. :shrug: It doesn't do any good to ##### about it if you're not going to change it. Quit whining already.
