I get hives whenever I get seriously stressed out about something, so it maybe just that for you. Benedryl usually does the trick for me.

Thanks -- I couldn't find just plain benedryl though -- it was too many different types of benedryl - none said for hives on the cover so I went with the clarityn for hives one. I'm much better now -- thanks Angel:smile:

No Lortidine was the main ingredient which I read after I bought it. It then made me wonder how was this any different than regular claritin d

Well do yourself a favor and get yourself something with diphenhydramine in at and keep it with you. (As long as the doctor's say's it's cool) You should still see the Dr. about it too because it could be from your meds even thought you've been on them for a while.

Thanks!! will do!!! I'll go tomorrow, the hives have started up again and I have company coming.:frown: Unfortunately you can only take one tablet of the Claritin for Hives every 24 hours and I'd hate to mix that with benedryl or anything until tomorrow.:frown:

Ummm CMC122 -- he'd want to see me and see the rash -- spending Friday night at the doctors office is just not what I had in mind right now... my company would be bored in the waiting room too.
