I haven't made a stuffed ham in years and plan on doing it this year.
Here's my recipe.


about 1/2 green trash bag full of kale
2 or 3 heads of cabbage
chopped onions
celery seed
mustard see
red pepper flakes
cayenne powder]
salt & pepper
corned ham (A lot of times you will have to order one) McKays can get them for you.

I have never measured anything. I just put in my hand and measure out with the celery & mustard seed. Don't need but maybe a couple tablespoons of each.

I watched my dad prepare a stuffed ham three times, writing down ingredients and approximate measure. I am REALLY anal about recipes and measurements.

Just turned the fire off under my ham...sure smells good!

I was asked to bring sweet potato pie in for Celie's class' party this week. I made two from scratch. One for them and one for us since I had never done it before. OMG!! I am awesome! It was delicious. I made two more today for Thanksgiving.
