We are building with QBH, and their quality is what made us by, not the realtor just sitting in the house (although he has always been nice to us)..

trust me, i saw all phases of construction and made sure everything was right.

broke out the ol' IRC 2000 and the telephone calls to MDIA. they didn't like me one bit :biggrin:

two of the best places to buy new homes are in Florida and Oregon. both States actively enforce their code zealously.
