How are county police using criminals to stops crimes?

Funny thing in this county you can have your house drug busted or get caught with drugs on you, and yet still manage to get out of jail on your own recog.. I find that so interesting. What myself and the rest of the community have figured out is that the county police use these criminals to get to "bigger" ones. I feel that any criminal should be a kept criminal, I wonder do the police realize that they put the so called less harder criminals lives in direct danger cause the community is starting to figure it out. I remember Mr. Brooks was killed for being a so called "snitch". I wonder how the community feels about this...is this method working or is it defeating the purpose?

But wait, there's more...
I have to say that if there was one jail cell left, and the choice of its next 'resident' was between someone caught with a dime-bag for "personal use" or a coke-dealing kingpin, I'd opt for the latter. :ohwell:

That was a mistake I meant to post it in news and currents events, have you seen the age of the local drug dealers, maybe it is a good thing that it is in this section, cause illegal activities stems from home.

:yeahthat: The police meet their "quota" by arresting the small guy, who in turn rats out the "bigger" guy, a plea is made and everyone is happy. :patriot:

How does one know they're looking at a drug dealer?

So, what does a drug dealer look like? And how old are they?

...and they continue to do so because YOU didn't call the cops and complain.

Here's my 2 cents worth: Last May I was locked up for two criminal charges and a misdemeanor (it was later thrown out of court due to the fact that I had proof that I was 6 hrs north at my 10 yr high school reunion). During my bond hearing (with the commisioner) and other inmates... I learned that if the judge learned that you NEVER were locked up before, and if you have a decent job then he/she will allow bond to be posted. If you've been locked up before... chances are your stuck in the "St Mary's Hotel" until your court date. I saw the outside that night if you catch my drift. The whole system down here is corrupt. The cops will do anything to pull you over. Hell, it took months after I was arrested to NOT fear seeing a cop. I would be paying for a cup of coffee at the wawa on Great Mills rd, and see a cop and totally become scared for my life. Why? Because if you look at them wrong they'll lock your ass up. My whole family wants me to move back home to PA. I am staying for my job and my son.
That is all. :)

Do you know how many times I have called the narcotics division and told them that I saw a "transaction" take place, and it took like 20 mins for them to get there. Oh geez... the buyers are about 20 mins away now. Great job guys! :duh:
