How long to cook a turkey...

I know, right? I'm sure it's probably been no more than a couple. The ex wasn't fond of chicken OR turkey, so I never cooked one "just because".

As for Thanksgiving, it's just always worked out that I/we were obligated or invited to go to someone else's for that holiday. And they did the turkey. :shrug:

I've prepared many a Christmas dinner, but I have always preferred baking a ham at Christmas.

Maybe I'll just have to cook a turkey my ownself soon. :dance:

My turkey chef took his probe and went to bed about an hour ago.

It really isn't that hard. :lmao:

I always gage the doneness of my turkey by when the smoke detector goes off. :shrug: Always really crispy outside. :buddies:
