Becasue if you AREN'T looking and it just happens to be me on my bike that is passing you at the time.. it would be ME that would end up hospitalized.. is it TOO much to ask for someone driving a car to trun their head!???

No kidding.... I hate tinted windows, you can't tell if they are on the phone, if they are looking at you.. and why is it legal for the cops to have windows tinted darker then the law allows?? They are the WORST offenders of talking on the cell phone.. and not paying attention.

You don't have to get all indignant about it ... that was back in January where I could have just as easily loose control, slid on the ice and hit a tree instead
