Of it's citizens that knew about the flat tire but decided to hit the bar first and then were stuck in the middle of the night in the dark without proper attire having to change it... I'm still trying to figure how that became the fault of the officer...:lol:

I hope the sheriff of St. Mary’s County identifies this problem, and for the sake of local safety (not to mention common courtesy), discovers the proper manner to best deal with this inexcusable behavior displayed by his local police units.

Nowhere in her rant did she even make it clear that it was obvious she had a problem; he may have seen nothing more than 3 people standing around a vehicle. And how many times, when a cop does stop to ask what's going on the people get pissy and defensive? :rolleyes:

This idiot should realize that not everyone considers themself a Victim, and doesn't want to be catered on for every problem life delivers.

Also, kwillia's comment was spot on: idiot chose to continue to the bar first and change her tire later. Another one for the "If you don't care, why should anyone else?" file. :lmao:
