Just get a Dremal tool, chuck up the buffing wheel and smear some No.7 car polish on it. Same thing and you get a lot more attachments.

No, however my parents and their friends say it's good for arthritic joints. Spray it on and rub it in. They're not sure if it's the oil or the rubbing that makes them feel better.
