I need to find a little black dress

I am 5'1 with big hips and small waist. I do not know where to shop with decent prices for a dress. I am no rich, so I cannot spend alot of money. Please help. Where can I go in a hurry to find a dress?

Ross generally has a really good selection of dresses..I have gotten several there..and for really great prices! ..burlington is good too.

How fast do you need it? I went online and found 2...one at Delia's and one at Travelsmith.com.

I was in there ( Ross) Sat and they had several racks with dresses. I think they are having their dress week.

Very cool. They usually have really cute accessories there. Lots of stuff you don't always see elsewhere. There's a huge collage picture frame I love. It probably won't be there when I go back though.

I didn't find anything there, but I did find some stuff at Marshall's and Target.

Marshall's is hit or miss for me. Seems like their stuff is a little more expensive than Ross. I do usually find some great shoes in there whereas in Ross I hardly ever find any I like. I might try to swing by there tomorrow. Just trying to decide if I really want to pay $25 for it.

Hit or miss for me, too. Go buy it, you'll kick yourself in the ass if you don't when you decide to and it is gone.
