Not only are Calvert County bugs huge but so are the acorns! Can they be dried out or something to be used as decorations? Really. They'd be great to add into my mini pumpkin hurricane.

I had a dog who would very daintily deshell peanuts and eat them. From what I see from a quick search, acorns appear to be not toxic to dogs. :shrug:
