Finally got around to reading most of this thread, these two posts stick out. There is NO WAY this could be an established relationship and you don't know how she likes her steak.

Yeah, and he wonders why people would get confused. But I suppose it IS possible...maybe he's never cooked one for her before and whenever she orders it at the restaurant he ignores her because he ignores he any time she flaps her lips. :shrug:
