Why do you think the story is false? I believe it. the Red Cross distributed debit cards, the debit card in the story was identified as a Red Cross card. I find the story to be totally believeable. :shrug:

I read that some of the NO policeman bugged out of NO and were pulled over in their patrol cars in Florida by the FHP because they thought looters stole the cars. come to find out it was NO cops who deserted and took their patrol cars with them. I have not seen confirmation of the story but to me it is believable.
