I chose no one/living will because that is what my "druther" would be. I don't have a living will at present so I had better get my butt moving. With all seriousness, I would want a friend to make the decision. I've no spouse or children and my parents have passed away. I do have siblings, but I wouldn't pretend that they wouldn't perceive things to be the way they'd like to see them ("she'll get better") and to make that kind of decision without thinking of me as a sister. My friends have strength and solidarity and would have the kind of reserve it takes to do the right thing. So, that would be a dual option if it we could choose two.

I have an advance medical directive as part of my will so I chose the last realistic choice.
