Caspar noted that the state had made an unspecified offer to Woodburn but it had been rejected. Woodburn’s attorney Cynthia Panos confirmed that the offer had been rejected. Caspar said the offer had thus been withdrawn by the state.
Wonder what it was that he rejected.
He violated probation and that may be one thing that is factoring with all of this. My guess is that he wants to walk away with not so much as a slap on the wrist.
I hope he ends up regretting not taking the deal made by the State's Attorney.
