Caspar noted that the state had made an unspecified offer to Woodburn but it had been rejected. Woodburn’s attorney Cynthia Panos confirmed that the offer had been rejected. Caspar said the offer had thus been withdrawn by the state.

He violated probation and that may be one thing that is factoring with all of this. My guess is that he wants to walk away with not so much as a slap on the wrist.

I do too. He really needs be held accountable for this. Doesn't matter if he gets a minor sentence, the guilty will violate his probation. Then hopefully he'll do some jail time.
