I'm blind???

Funny he is blind to Ramsey though
I've said the same damn thing from day one;
WE DON'T KNOW ABOUT RAMSEY
WE DO KNOW ABOUT BRUNNEL
Would the 4th year breakout season rule of thumb apply to Ramsey, as it did Brunnel? We'll never know.
Would Ramsey play better with this years Skins, as Brunnel has? Only a blind person would think not.
Brunnel MERELY needs to run the offense as Gibbs wants; make the easy throws, meaning up to 60% completion or better and DON'T DO ANYTHING STUPID.
When he does, we're gold. When he doesn't, we're in trouble.
Every single post about Brunnel I've written noted what he did well or even great that day. I even shut up for three weeks while we lucked out against the Seahawks, blew the game vs. the Chiefs and basically folded against the Broncos.
I agonize as a fan, game after game being acutely aware of Brunnels weakness'. It's hard to watch him not be able to do what Ramsey can; throw it hard, with a snap of his wrist when he has to. It's hard to watch him just throw it into the 10th row when he can't find anyone.
Sonny Jergunson says the same thing every week for the last 20 years; You gotta throw a few deeps ones just so they A. know you can, and B, you might get a catch or a penalty and C. it's no worse than a punt.
Marks supposed strengths:
He can run: Well, with midseason fatigue at his age and a nagging injury, that's out the window. We've seen PAt get out of trouble a time or two.
Veteran decision making: I've seen him live vs. the Eagles make GREAT decisions. I've seen him throw that quick out enough to want to turn off the TV. He doesn't even LOOK because with his arm he HAS to throw it right away. Note to coachs; if he can't look and then throw it and still beat the corner back, they're GONNA jump the route. Where's the pump and go?
Mark is getting rid of the ball later and later. He is starting to take some wicked shots.
No bad mistakes: This is the worst, by far. He fumbles twice, TWO TIMES a game. We don't lose em all, but he puts it on the ground. He's gotten away with a fair number of balls thrown in to double coverage.
Add it all up, you've got a has been quarterback who has played well against every loser we've faced and has made enough mistakes to lose to the Chiefs, Broncos and Bucs, the better teams.
He's not going to get any better. Now, as he tires and gets more beat up, Ramsey has not been able to develop. Imagine how far wild games like yesterday go in the development of a young QB? He, Pat, gains nothing sitting and Mark gains nothing because he's already been there, done that and STILL didn't get it done.
The papers, and AK, are pointing out all the little things everyone else is doing that is causing losses and noting that if that guy or this guy had just made a play...
How about Mark making one more good one or one less bad one?
I don't care how you add it up:
Mark did NOTHING against the Bears.
He pulled out a miracle against Dallas.
His late pick should have sealed our fate against Seatle.
His fumbles cost us the Chiefs.
He didn't make ONE more last play against the Broncos.
He played great against the 49ers.
No one showed up for the Giants Wellington Wake.
His fumble at the end of the first half could have cost us the game save for Portis being heads up and running down Kearse.
He had two fumbles and two pics yesterday and looked like a lost rookie on the last two plays.
We could easily be 2-7 or even 1-7.
We are 5-4.
Anyone in here believe we're a 5-4 team?
Anyone in here think that if Pat played to this point you wouldn't be calling for 'ol Mark if we were 5-4 under him?
Blind. Yeah, I'm blind all right.
A guy getting to play and make the very mistakes that cost the other guy, supposedly, the job, game after game after game.
I call THAT blind.
