BTW - those came from Trader Joe's as did the cheeses. I especially loved the Thai Lime and Chili cashews and the Mushroom Brie.

I was thinking the same thing. Not a good dish to make at home and travel with. It was great to do at home though. I had everyone gathered around waiting for the end results. That was alot of pressure when making them for the first time! But they were delish!
