I already told you who I think I am, question is, who are you? Blackshoe Navy or AF pilot with a drug and eyesight problem? :duh:

Or let me guess, you were CIA and had to infiltrate both services for a covert mission? :really:

Learn to read and comprehend sunshine. I never said I was in the AF, I tested for the AF (& Navy & CG) and passed all the OCS tests as well as pilot tests, after the background check came back only the Army, Navy & Marines wanted me as enlisted material. This was the eighties after all. Joined the navy to see the world, didn't realize the world is 67% water.

Probably have more bluewater time than most on this forum anyhoo.

See I now know I am smarter than you. I joined the Navy and did 21 years without ever spending one night aboard ship.

You figure you have to be stacking boxes of bug juice powder on a tender to defend your country?

I was in Saudi in 91, The red label area surrounded by tons of HE in Sig during Kosovo.

BTW I did 7 deployment, 3 westpac, 4 lant, had 5 different duty stations.

Old school here, I ate with my hands. We used to point and stare at the whales in Misawa. Goofy looking but I hear they were fun to ride in.

Sorry about that chief.
In 91 I was in a ship 7 miles off the coast of Kuwait city dodging mines, capturing Iraqis & going to GQ at all hours because stupid marine pilots forgot to turn their IFF back on after going feet wet.

Was in Misawa too, got to see the tough conditions the AF lived under. Spent most of my time in Hachinohe or the fleet reserve.

When I was there the first time, it was an AFB but had very few AF people and no planes but ours and the Japanese. A few years later they moved an airwing there and tore everything down and rebuilt it new. The commisary was a quanset hut when I went there the first time. Stopped in a few years later and it was a freaking mall.

Learn to stop over-inflating your knowledge of all things military dillwad. :duh: Do you know how many people take and pass those tests? I could rattle off a minimum of 20 tests I've taken and passed for the bazillion different jobs in the military, most recruits do, hell, your recruiter will even promise you that you can be a flyboy or go through OCS. It doesn't mean you'd even be close to being one. You try and make it sound like YOU got to pick and choose, when in reality, the AF didn't want you. :duh: :loser:

I was there from 92 - 94. NSG was the big dog for the navy, the spooks on the hill. They actually had Army & Marines detachments there as well. Not to mention level 7.9 earthquakes!
