That is EXACTLY what these people are doing, enticing a riot and encouraging their "people" to treat law enforcement with absolutely no respect, spray painting their houses, calling in false calls, making threats and now the last "rumor" is they plan to kill a WHITE police officer.

That will bring Johnny back.
