I know for a fact that I have gotten over 25mpg on the hwy with my 5.7 Hemi. It depends on the foot driving the engine!

You should, I get 20-21 highway on mine, and while I might imagine a whole tank on the highway driven for maximum economy, it certainly never happens, not completely.
