Same here. I keep it near a window and it stays the perfect consistency for buttering toast at room temp.At this time of year, I never put the butter away in the fridge.

BLIZZARD
has been the key word. Reporters standing outside, gentle breeze, snow gently falling, no hat, no gloves. Very serene scene.
But it's a blizzard to them. A bunch of snow does not a blizzard make. they need to go somewhere like Siberia where they REALLY have blizzards!
