Just how dirty are St. Mary's cars?

Did ya know that it is Maryland law that all car dealerships can only be located directly off the side of roads? Hence why they all placed there.

Side note: Those Magic Tunnel car washes are owned by Gott. Hear he named them after is paramour, Magic Tunnel Sally. *Legal disclaimer: Kidding.

Also, this is the location where they want to put it, where, really, it is already a cluster if one needs to go north after leaving RT4 during high traffic flow times. I have seen those mandated planning notice signs there at the corner. I could never read them becasue those signs were way to small in size with unreadable small text from a distance even from the car while in the lane to Andrews Church Rd waiting for the light to change. Who would stop there blocking traffic to get out to read those signs? Thinking the developer did that purposefully so there'd more public ignorance regarding the matter.
About the public notice signs:
The developer has nothing to do with them or the size, that's mandated by Maryland's Zoning law. The approval process requires they be posted when a change in use public hearing is scheduled. There are time frames for their placement. The placement and meeting the time frames are the jurisdiction's responsibility.

Also, in most cases, adjoining property owners have to be informed by registered letter.

Those public hearings are a legal proceeding and the decisions can be appealed to Circuit Court.

That's fine, it's unloading the car carrier on the main ****ing road that is the problem. You think I could get away with parking on 235 to load my cart from Walmart?

Who on earth would build something like that, THERE? Someone aching to throw away money?
Is it a do-it-yourself or automated car wash? These places are among the least labor intensive highest ROI small businesses you can have. A single person can operate a laundromat or car wash, they can easily learn to service the equipment themselves.

Car Wash people: We would like to put a car wash at this location.
County: Nah. Can't do it. That intersection is hazard enough and can't tolerate your plan.

Also County: We are going to plan and do nothing to fix that hazardous intersection. :killingme

Are you sure? Because if so then the County has no right to collect fees in lieu of or even deny the project on the safety basis. If those are State roads SHA has already signed off on the plan if it's come before St. Mary's County for Planning and Zoning approval.

alot more than that, but I'm still trying to figure out why that matters...

I had the knowledge and shared it. To you, it might not matter. Others here though might find it interesting, or may be curious as who might own what business.

It is just like reading here about the horrid and abominable treatment of @stgislander and of his squalid work conditions, apparently deservedly so. Or of @Gilligan, (a downright pillar of the communitah), and his successful marine business and of his gallivanting across the pond to other locals as well as his escapades with his Norwegian counterparts? Over there, away from home, missing and longing for his family, (with only a 5"x7" framed picture of them to relish upon), on a shoestring budget, eating nothing but beans and rice, doing what is necessary to build his business to keep a roof over his family's heads and food on the table. (Is it no wonder he can't get to those carcasses of cars, trucks, and boats, he has scatted across his land to bring them back to life once again?) No thanks, of course, to @stgislander and his continual lack of staying on task and focused in his absence, (some might say it is due to his recalcitrant and uncooperative demeanor). How that man is still employed is a mystery to me. Any monies paid to him should be clawed back. Might have to call Nancy Drew or the Hardy Boys to get to the bottom of this mystery. Or perhaps Kojak or Colombo would be better choices? Either way there needs to be an investigation. Paid for out of @stgislander's paycheck, of course.

I mean, really? Why post and air that sort of dirty laundry on a public forum anyway. Who want's to read or know about that kind of stuff? I don't see you here complaining about that.

Where was this planning commission when Royal Farms proposed their project at Gate 2? Did Royal Farms pay off the commission members and Gott didn’t?

Have you seen how they propose to have traffic come in and out? I’m trying to wrap my brain around this and I just keep coming up with T-bones.
