I guess what I meant is that deep down the main reasons why people don't work/stick together don't really change.
For example... my friend broke up with this guy because he was a condecending (spelled wrong, I'm sure) arrogant jerk who had a silver spoon shoved up his ass and was proud of it. They broke up, the guy worked hard to change, and they got back together... but within a month he was back to the person he was before. Those qualities were part of who he was, see?
Just a throwing some thoughts out here...
Sometimes the reason people don't work/stick together is because people do change.
Is psychosocial conditioning really set in stone? Please don't burst my bubble by telling me that slack stupid people can never truly change; I'm still holding out hope, don't crush my optimism! If you do, it might change me forever!
