Anyone ever twist their knee?
Does the pain get worse, before getting better?

Have swelling inner side of the knee.

Been keeping ice on it. (20 min. on wait 45 and apply again)

You may have torn something. You really should go get it checked out.

Go to doctor, pay them my co-pay.

Doctor: "Yep you twisted it alright, here's a prescription for advil. Come back and see me in a couple days and I will look at it again".

I wouldn't worry about it. Lots of people walk funny.

if so, you might need an MRI.

If it doesn't get better in a week, then I will see the doctor, who will then want to take x-rays. He will not see anything on the x-rays so he will send me somewhere else. And that Dr. will want a MRI, so I will have to wait a month to get that done. Once the MRI is complete I will have to schedule an appointment to see the Dr. who told me to get one, who will then tell me to rest it and let it heal.

Ummmmm ....
Try 20 minutes on and then 20 minutes off with the ice ....
Ibuprofen should also become your friend - it acts as an anti-inflammatory.

After I dislocated my kneecap, once the swelling went down, I ended up wearing one of those elastic knee braces that you can buy at a Pharmacy.

I hope that you feel better soon. :huggy: It may take a while it to heal.
