When I was a kid...

we'd make .22 pistols using 1/8" NPT pipe tube and fittings, a hand-carved grip, and a firing pin made from a 20-penny nail cut off and a rubber band. Nobody was ever hurt from firing one of those (and no specific target ever hit either..but I digress)

Never made a rifle, but did love plinking. One of my favorite things was to get down level to the water and listen to the sounds the 22 made as it hit the water and spun. Just like in an old western shootout....

Two of the three printers I seen in a picture were creality enders (the hi-point of 3d printers). I run a small 3d modeling and prototyping business and I would never fire a 3d printed firearm. Why aren't they as scared of small CNC lathes and milling machines, you can actually make something decent with those.

I don't know enough about that kid and his history to make a call. He could either be a 2A patriot or he could be a menace and it's good they took him out.

2007 - Theft of less than $100. Sentenced to 90 days with 60 days suspended.
2007 - Assault, second degree. Sentenced to time served and fined.
2009 - CDS possession - Marihuana. Sentenced to time served and fined.
2013 - Illegal possession of regulated firearm. Sentenced to 1 year with 9 months suspended.
2018 - Three counts of Theft, $1500 to under $25,000. Open case.
2024 - Assault, second degree. Open case.
2024 - CDS possession, not cannabis. Open case.
2024 - 9 assorted weapons charges.
