Though it as not in the paper today, I asked someone in Solomons who purchased the building and was told it was purchased by someone in the Dorsey family from SMC.

Just strolled down there. Massive renovation is proceeding merrily apace. Also noticed there's now a foundation on the Lighthouse property.

I'd be so happy if they were lower the price and have smaller portions. I really do not like paying $25-30 per plate, but I always end up with lunch for the next day.
Lunch and sometimes dinner!

Girl and I will split the crab imperial and still have leftovers. Anymore I just order an entree and get a side of the CI for her and we are good.

I get cream of crab as my apetizer and crab dip as my meal.
Oh, unless they have lobster and shrimp mac, then I order that. That's DEFINITELY 3 meals.

They had a facebook Valentine's Lobster dinner special for $14.99. Girl and I went and I ordered that and the side of CI for her, a soda & one glass of wine and I think I made it out of there at about $50.00, including the tip.

We ended up doing Valentine's Day dinner there but on the Saturday before. I can't do weeknights. And of course, it was not on the menu.
Oh and I liked their Pinot so much that I went on their FB page to ask them what brand it was.

Wow! I thought it was only as big as the block foundation.
It's going to be much bigger than people think, with all the decks and being two stories.
They said they're hoping for a January 2014 opening.
