Well I think that this is a never ending battle and both parties acted terribly. I belive they each reacted to each other and it just got worse. I think the best thing to do is to agree to disagree and and you should just find a new dry cleaners and go on with your business. No matter what is said neither party will agree. I just happen to agree with some of the others about Lex Park Cleaners. Their prices are much cheaper and more convient with the drive up window.
Ultra Clean - whether you believe it or not, your employees do smoke in there and they are rude. I'm sure its never when you are there but when your not, they do it. I have seen it and thats one of the many reasons I switched my service. That and the prices, and one incident I spoke of earlier.
