We have a solid concrete walled basement under the house, no worries.I had one there before and I left it alone. Then one got under the house. That's a huge nope.

I have an old house with only a crawl space underneath. My cat and I heard it under the kitchen area. It burrowed under the pavers that were blocking that entrance because the heavy screen was gone.We have a solid concrete walled basement under the house, no worries.
The one I had never caused issues until it left a huge hole in the horse pasture ummm nope I filled in the hole when I knew it was out and put horse poop in the area to prevent that spot being appealing.Chuck found a pear today.

Ours doesn't wait that long. I've caught ours having its meal between 9-10pm. Our cat (her eyesight may not be that good) started walking up to it like it was another neighborhood cat. Then had the "wait a minute" pause.Big Possum came by the Cat Café a few times between midnight and dawn.

I made a feeding station for the neighborhood wanderers. There's about 1 dozen cats that come by, a couple every day, some once a week or so, others in between that. There are 3 possums. Had a red fox this year until mid-summer.Ours doesn't wait that long. I've caught ours having its meal between 9-10pm. Interesting thing. Our possum likes kibble better than soft cat food.
