There's another guy - Doug's Locksmith Service - 301-862-3634. He has a van and will come to your house, but it sounds like you need a new latch, which you may only be able to get at the Dodge dealer. It takes them a day to get one.

Don't call this guy --- he really f$*#ed up my car trying to get the trunk to unlatch....ended up costing more than it should have......if dumbazz Doug (really scott) had not touched it.....

I didn't want to take the time to look up how to spell "restaurant" so "eatting out" was the first thing that came to mind as a replacement... only after I posted it did I realize that wasn't the best choice of words...

I think you put a BIG 'ol voo doo curse on me! :cussing: As I turned onto Brett road, something started spraying all over my floor mats... I think it had to do with the air conditioning. You think the old guy from Wal-Mart could fix it the same time he fixes your car?

I fixed my car myself with a little advice from the forum. :yay: That old guy is NEVER touching my car again. :burning:

:sux2bu: But I'm sure he would be happy to fix YOUR car. :lmao: :huggy:

Were you running your air conditioner yesterday?? Did you notice if there was any water draning from your air conditioner under the car??

Your drain hose is probably plugged up.

As a matter of fact, I was running the A/C :hot: yesterday and YES there was a puddle under the car in addition to the one on my floor mat. Where is the drain located on a car? :stupid:

Had a similar thing with my Nissan.. the drain hole would get plugged up, and the AC box would fill up with water.. every time I took a corner my feet got wet.

It should be a small rubber hose just in front of the firewall. It should dangle down a bit so it should be noticeable when you look under the car.. usually a straightened wire hangar will clean them out just fine, but nothing saying it won't be clogged up again in another week.
