Can anyone suggest a builder that would put together a log cabin that has been purchased as a complete kit, meaning everything but cabinets, countertops & appliances? TIA

We have not actually bought it yet, but the two company's we have narrowed it to is Kuhn Brothers and a company called Northern log Homes. We would like to show the kits to the builder before purchasing it.

Cedar or pine?
I started looking at some sites after I saw your post. There's a company in Fredericksburg called B&H Cedar Log Homes. They have some nice follr plans.

Right now everything we have looked at has been pine I beleive.

Just bought a log cabin built in 1972 it was a kit from Washington state all western red cedar smells great in here all the time but be aware its tough to heat.

Whatever company you buy from should have a list of companies that will assemble it for you.
